Everything approved, in one place

Locations stop asking where the current logo lives because there’s one place to find it. Search by campaign, region, or product, and every asset that turns up is approved, with expiry dates and licensing details where they matter.

Templates they can change, within limits

Your team decides which fields stay editable, from copy and imagery to local contact details. Locations make the updates and publish with confidence while the brand survives contact with 200 people who aren't designers.

Guidelines next to the files they apply to

Your guidelines sit in the same portal as the templates and assets, so a location checking what's allowed is already one click from the right file. No separate PDF to lose.

Order printed material without the admin

Posters, flyers, signage and promotional items in one shop, with your print partners connected behind it. Locations order what they need and it ships without your team touching it.

Publish to local social channels

Locations publish to their own social channels from within the portal, using campaign content your team has already approved. That means local relevance, faster execution, and no separate login for every platform.

Global Marketing now has a central position within our organization, and has more focus since Kabritaworld is the go-to marketing hub for all our partners.

Questions we get asked

A few questions come up in conversations about brand portals. Here are the answers before you need to ask.

What is a brand portal? A brand portal gives your locations, franchisees, or dealers one place to access what they need for local marketing: approved assets, customizable templates, brand guidelines, and often ordering and publishing too. The result is simple. Local teams can serve themselves, and your central team spends less time chasing requests.
What's the difference between a brand portal and a brand management portal? In practice, mostly the same thing. The two terms get used interchangeably and vendors pick whichever they prefer. Where you do see a real difference is scope. Some brand portals are little more than a guidelines page with a download button, while a brand management portal usually means the fuller set: creating and customizing content, approvals, distribution and reporting alongside the assets. Marvia is the second kind.
Can we customize how the portal looks? Yes. The portal carries your branding, your structure and your naming, so it reads as your own tool rather than a piece of software your locations have been asked to learn. Most brands give theirs an internal name.
Does it work for dealer and reseller networks? Yes. The pattern is the same wherever a central brand team supports partners marketing locally. See our dealer networks page for how that plays out.
How many users can we give access to? No practical limit. Brands on Marvia run portals for anything from 15 locations to well over a thousand, with permissions set by region, role, or location.
