Release Notes Winter 2025: Marketing Calendar, Product Variants, and Platform Enhancements

Last updated: January 13, 2026

We closed out the year strong. We added a new Marketing Calendar, created product variants to simplify catalog management, and expanded what you can do with Templates and the API. Here's everything new in Q4.

Marketing Calendar

We added a new Monthly Marketing Calendar to give you better visibility into what's scheduled, what's coming up, and how everything fits together across your locations.

  • Create multiple calendars: Now you can create multiple calendars and choose which calendar displays on each page, giving you flexibility in how you present information to different teams or locations.

  • Social Campaigns: Social Campaigns will automatically sync to the Monthly Calendar, so all your scheduled posts appear alongside other marketing activities.

Product Management

Product Variants

Manage multiple versions of a product in one place. Create variants for size, color, and other options in both Products and Packages. Instead of creating separate product entries for small, medium, and large T-shirt sizes in blue or red, you can now manage it all in one product entry.

Stripe Connect Integration

Process payments directly through the platform with our new Stripe Connect integration. Handle transactions for print materials, campaign budgets, and other services without needing separate payment tools.

Platform Enhancements

  • Custom DNA Fields
Store and use more location-specific data with seven new custom DNA fields. Customize these fields to track the information your business needs, whether that's territory codes, store manager names, or location-specific URLs.

  • Group-Level Permissions
Assign admin permissions to entire groups instead of managing them one person at a time. This makes it easier to give the right access to teams or departments all at once.

  • AI Writing Tools
We added AI-powered grammar check and translation capabilities to help you create error-free content in multiple languages.

Marvia AI writing tools
  • SCIM Support for SSO
We added SCIM support for Microsoft Entra ID  to automate user provisioning and offboarding. User access is now automatically updated when people join or leave your organization, reducing manual admin work and improving security.

  • API Updates
We added two new API capabilities for teams using custom integrations.
    • Pull your recent posts from the API to display or analyze in external systems.
    Q4 RN posts list
    • Update meta tags and tags for DAM assets through the API. You can pull changes from external systems into Marvia, and push updates from Marvia to your connected tools.

These are the major improvements we made to the platform in Q4. Each feature makes managing distributed marketing campaigns more efficient and gives you more control over your multi-location marketing.
