Release Notes Summer 2025: Template Studio, Workflow Updates, and Platform Improvements

We made a lot of updates in the past few months. Below you'll find some of the most impactful new features and improvements to our platform, with a major focus on Social Campaigns enhancements, new template features, and more.

Template Studio 🖼️

We've made multiple exciting updates to templates:

  • Location Dropdown

Preview your templates with different location data without leaving the Template Studio. Switch between locations to see exactly how your template will look before finalizing.
Marvia Auto-fit Release Notes

  • Auto-fit

The auto-fit feature automatically adjusts font size so your text fits perfectly within the frame every time, so you no longer need to manually adjust the template.

  • Rich Text Editor

Format text with bold, underline, and italics directly in multi-line text fields. Your formatting automatically carries over from your default text settings.

Social Campaigns

We added several new features to Social Campaigns that make managing multi-location social media more intuitive and flexible:

  • Drag and Drop

Reorder slides in Meta carousel posts by dragging them where you want them. No more clicking through menus to rearrange your content.

  • Flexible Location-Specific Changes

You now have more control over your campaigns at the location level. Set budgets and audiences for specific locations using radius targeting around coordinates or zip codes. After publishing, you can also remove individual posts from specific locations without affecting the rest of your campaign.

Organic Social User Improvements

  • LinkedIn

We added LinkedIn to the platforms your users can post to. Create and distribute organic posts to LinkedIn directly from the portal, alongside Facebook and Instagram.

Short Workflow & Admin Updates

Edit Before Approving 🎨

Skip the back-and-forth. Admins can now make small edits to templates during the approval process and approve them in one step, speeding up the content creation process.

Workflow Approvers 🧑‍💼

We added an "all admins" option for workflow approvers. This means any admin can now approve workflow requests, keeping your projects moving even when individual approvers aren't available.

Marketing Budget Overview 🔔

See budget information for all your assigned locations in one place with the new marketing budget view in My Account. Track budget allocation across different locations without jumping between screens.

That concludes the Summer Release Notes! These notes summarize the most important changes made to our platform over the past three months. For a comprehensive list of new features, updates, and bug fixes, refer to our Changelog.
