Release Notes Spring 2026: Flex Templates, DAM updates, Marvia AI, and more

Last updated: April 10, 2026

We kicked off 2026 with a bang. Flex Templates is here, and it changes how you build and manage branded content across your network. Plus we made several updates to the DAM, expanded Marvia AI, and made meaningful improvements across Analytics, the Monthly Marketing Calendar, and more. Here's everything new in Q1.

Flex Templates

We launched a new template module that gives admins the ability to build templates right in the platform, no InDesign required. The drag-and-drop interface is faster to work with, easier for franchisees to use, and cuts down the back-and-forth with your creative team so campaigns get out the door faster.

Digital Asset Management

We made three functional improvements to the DAM this quarter:

  • Improved search
Search now returns partial matches, so you’re more likely to find what you’re looking for even without the exact file name.
  • Related assets
Link a related asset and it gets connected on both sides automatically, eliminating extra work.
  • File names
File names set in the admin are now retained when you download, so they’re easier to find in your downloads folder.

Marvia AI

Admins can now enable all Marvia AI features for everyone on the platform with a single checkbox in settings. Opt in or out at any time.

POS DNA

Connect products to specific POS locations when creating them in Marketing Shop through a new self-service admin interface. With DNA, locations only see the products that are relevant to their store setup, so the right materials get ordered every time.

Analytics

Click on any user in Analytics to see a full history of their platform activity, including sessions, orders, downloads, and posts. It’s an easy way to see who’s engaged, who isn’t, and where your franchisees might need a nudge.

Monthly Marketing Calendar

Social campaigns in the monthly view

  • Planned social campaigns now appear alongside current campaigns, so everything’s visible in one view.

Clickable linked items

  • Click directly on linked items in the calendar to open them. Small change, much faster workflow.

API

10 New DNA fields

  • We added 10 new DNA fields you can assign to track custom location data.

Location language

  • Get and set the language for each location.

Payments

Supplier payment routing

  • Choose which suppliers require payment through your payment service provider versus invoice.

Cybersource

  • Cybersource is now available as a payment service provider option.

These are the major improvements we made to the platform in Q1. Each feature makes managing distributed marketing campaigns more efficient and gives you more control over your multi-location marketing.
