Release Notes Fall 2025: API, Social, and Platform Improvements
Last updated: November 10, 2025
We released some major updates this quarter. Below you'll find the most impactful new features and improvements to our platform, including a completely rebuilt API, powerful social media enhancements, and expanded creative workflow capabilities.
API
For teams using custom integrations, we rebuilt our developer platform from the ground up. It's significantly faster and more flexible, making it easier to sync user data, manage assets, and automate workflows. Whether you're connecting to your CRM, pulling data into reporting tools, or building custom automations, everything works faster now. View the new documentation here.
Social
We made several updates that give you more control and flexibility in how you manage social for more than one location.
Products
Get more control over how users create and share organic social content.
-
Default captions
Set default captions for social posts and decide whether users can customize the text. This gives you more control over brand messaging while still allowing local flexibility when you need it.

-
Product images
Choose whether users can use a single image (for a single post), multiple images, or all product images (for carousels). Pick the option that works best for each product type.

-
Share button
Turn the share button on or off to let users share images directly from their phone or device.

-
Instagram account
Connect your business or creator Instagram accounts directly to the platform.
Social Campaigns
Both users and admins now have better visibility and control.
-
Dedicated campaigns page
Users can view their location's campaigns on a dedicated page, making it easier to see what's scheduled and what's already published.
-
Connection overview
Admins have a new settings page that shows all Facebook account connections in one place, making it easier to see which locations are connected and troubleshoot any issues.

-
Facebook page
Locations can choose which specific Facebook page to post to from their connected accounts, making sure content goes to the right place every time.
Creative Requests
We expanded Creative Requests to make the workflow more flexible and customizable for your team.
-
Form builder
Customize request forms to match your workflow. Add, remove, and rearrange fields so you're collecting exactly the information you need from users. No more unnecessary fields or missing information.

-
Multi-location requests
Users can now select multiple locations in a single request, making it easier to order materials for several stores at once without creating separate requests for each one.

-
Request management
Users can mark requests as complete when they're finished, giving everyone better visibility into which requests are still active and which are done.

Integration & Template Studio updates
Stripe and Mollie
Process payments your way with new Stripe and Mollie integrations. Choose the payment provider that works best for your region and business needs, whether you're handling print orders, campaign budgets, or other services.

Bulk create
Save time when creating templates for multiple locations. Export a template for multiple locations at once instead of generating them one by one.
