That's why we are looking for a new "Marvian" in the form of a Digital Campaign Specialist who will be in charge of building out demand capture and demand generation channels. 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing with ROI-focused goals, including in the B2B SaaS world.
  • Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of digital channels such as Search, Display, or Social Media advertising, and experience in scaling these channels successfully.
  • Experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (lead generation and nurturing)

Your Job

The Digital Campaign Specialist role presents an excellent opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker looking for a compelling challenge - you will be focused on delivering new customer acquisition growing MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline. 

You will be in charge of building out demand capture and demand generation channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and software review sites to grow markets. Your experience in demand generation will guide your selection of tactics, as your reliance on data-driven experimentation will allow you to iterate and increase success rapidly. As you consider new innovative, multi-channel campaigns, you will partner with regions and BDRs to streamline our handoffs and maximize impact from the leads you have generated. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategizing and executing multi-channel campaigns from awareness down to traffic, conversion, and retention to drive revenue on a global level.
  • Plan, activate, and optimize digital media across multiple channels, from SEM to Paid Social and Display.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
  • Keep a close pulse on the allocated budget and KPI pacing, as well as efficiencies - making daily adjustments to performance levers such as creative, targeting, and bidding to ensure performance marketing goals are achieved.
  • Report on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix.
  • Take initiatives to explore new platforms to test where we can grow business.
  • Talk with the sales team, extract insights and identify unique opportunities to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to maintain a consistent brand voice and message throughout campaigns.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing with ROI-focused goals, including in the B2B SaaS world.
  • Fluent in the Dutch language, ideal native language; you will be making independent decisions on the relevant keywords and the right ad copy to use for your campaigns including frequently assessing Search query reports and making critical business decisions 
  • Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of digital channels such as Search, Display, or Social Media advertising, and experience in scaling these channels successfully
  • Experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (lead generation and nurturing)  
  • Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimize campaigns (audience, bids/budgets, creative, conversion rate levers)
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, or other established B2B CRM’s, data visualization and/or digital analytics 
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
